Create a URAR cost approach report in NAE

Switch your report format to the URAR Cost Approach Report, then print, download, or email it.

The URAR Cost Approach Report gives you the cost approach section in the format used by the redesigned URAR. It works with UAD 3.6, which Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac require starting November 2, 2026.

To create the report

  1. Open the appraisal you want to use and go to Report Options.

  2. For Report format, select URAR Cost Approach Report.

  3. The report updates to the URAR format.
