If you are having login problems, here are some commonly-useful solutions:

1) If you are a new subscriber, please allow up to 20 minutes after purchasing to login.

2) Did you just change your password? If so, you will need to allow up to 20 minutes before logging in.

3) If you are using a saved bookmark to the login page, be sure it's correct and current. It should be:

4) If you are using a password auto-fill manager of some kind, try typing your login credentials manually instead. Sometimes password managers use an outdated or incorrect password. If you find this to be the case, delete any previously-saved passwords and then save the new/correct one. The procedure will vary based on which internet browser or password service you're using.
