Steps to update your credit card information and reactivate your subscription:

1) Sign in to your account on Craftsman Book Company website

2) Go to My Payment Data from the menu on My Account

3) Edit or add new payment information. Delete any old cards on file. (Be sure to save)

4) Go to My Subscriptions from the My Account menu

5) Choose to Edit your subscription

6) Select payment account, then Save Subscription

7) If your subscription shows status is Paused, select Reactivate

Please note: Your subscription charge will be submitted automatically, but it may take up to an hour to process. You will receive an email confirmation of the charge, and you will have access to your subscription.
