Your subscription username is the email address on your Craftsman account.
If you subscribed to National Estimator Cloud or National Appraisal Estimator, your login email is the email address you used when you signed up.
If you update the email address on your craftsman-book.com account, that new email address will also become your subscription login username.
After updating your email address, allow up to 20 minutes before signing in with the new email.

Make sure:
you updated the correct email address on your Craftsman account
you are signing in to the correct product
you are using your current password
