After saving the IIF file in JCW, you will begin the ‘normal’ process of clicking on ‘File|Utilities|Import|IIF File’ and selecting the desired IIF file.
You will see this screen:
The ‘secret’ is the not click the blue ‘Import IIF’ button, but to click the blue text ‘Import it for me. I’ll fix it later’
Here is more information on how to import an IIF file into QuickBooks:
Ignore (at one’s peril) the instructions on backing up prior to import (which isn’t a bad idea). About halfway down the screen shots/instructions is where the importing actually begins.
