Chrome updated their internet browser on June 18, 2024 which coincides with this problem appearing. Some Microsoft Edge users are reporting the same issue.

Firefox browser seems to be working fine, so that might be the quickest alternative if you are under a deadline to produce a report.

Another option might be to revert your internet browser back to the prior version.
