CreateStudio lets you manage your installations inside the app.
Just click on Settings > go to Installations Manager
It shows how many active installations you currently have and which operating system you're using.
To remove a device from your account just click on the X button next to the computer you want to remove it from.
You can then download and install the app on a new device.
To move your local settings and resources to the new device, use the Migration Tool.
