The Cancel button sits at the very bottom of the Subscription page — here's the full path (desktop browser, logged in):
Go to Settings → Subscription.
Scroll all the way to the bottom to Plan Settings → Manage Subscription, and click Show.
Click Cancel Subscription.
Choose a cancellation reason.
Add a short note (at least 20 characters — the button stays greyed out until then).
Click Confirm unsubscribe.
On the confirmation dialog, click Continue unsubscribe.
If a free-month offer appears, click I still want to cancel.
On the final notice, click Confirm unsubscribe.
Your plan and remaining credits stay active until the end of the current billing period, and no further payment is collected. If you'd rather keep your projects and pause billing instead, Pause Plan on that last screen does exactly that.
After doing this, your subscription will be set to be cancelled by the end of your billing cycle to enjoy your remaining credits and create more videos.
