Creatify.ai offers both free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions can be billed monthly or yearly and renew automatically unless canceled. You may cancel anytime through your account or by emailing support@creatify.ai or messaging us on our help desk, and we’ll be happy to assist.
General Refund Policy
Because all payments are processed immediately and give instant access to our premium tools, payments are final and non-refundable. This is stated in our Terms of Service and on our paywall before checkout, so users have full clarity before subscribing.
