Weekly reports are short Loom videos (2–4 minutes), recorded by you, and delivered to clients on Monday mornings between 8am–10am in your own time zone.

  1. Content

    • Timeline:

      • Give a status update, walk through this week's activities and tasks, etc.

      • Mention the agreed upon project deadline and how we're tracking toward it.

      • Preview next week - call out any upcoming gaps.

    • Deliverables:

      • Mention deliverables that were sent and discussed

    • Miro Board:

      • Show the latest deliverables, and mention any updates/edits/additions.

      • Talk through any feedback that you need or that you received if applicable.

  2. Audience

Your weekly reports should ideally be emailed directly to every stakeholder on the client’s side, so not just your direct point of contact, but their supervisor(s) and any other stakeholders.

  3. Goal

These reports are meant to unify the client’s various internal teams around the work that Designity is doing. They demonstrate the ROI that Designity is bringing for people who might not otherwise know where their money is going. It shows that you are an integral part of the client’s team.

  4. Process

    • Submit the deliverable through the automatically created task on your client's timeline.

    • You can record and scheduled the report ahead of time.

    • To create and record the report, use the Weekly Report dashboard which is linked in the deliverables form.

    • For more information and a how-to, visit the training library via this link.
