Request Account & Data Deletion

How to permanently delete your account and data.

We understand that some users may prefer to have their account and associated data completely removed from our platform.

While we no longer support account cancellations in the traditional sense, we do offer a Free account option that allows continued access to basic features without any billing or charges.

However, if you would still like to permanently delete your account and all associated data, you can submit a Deletion Request to our support team.

How to Request Deletion:

To request the deletion of your account and data, please contact our support team by emailing us at support@creativeos.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.

Please include the following in your message:

  • Your full name

  • The email address associated with your account

  • A confirmation that you understand this action is permanent and cannot be undone. Example: "I understand and accept that my request for account and data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone."

Once your request is processed, your account and all related data will be deleted permanently under our data retention and privacy policies.
