You can change your storefront display name yourself — you don't need to ask anyone.
Change your display name
Open your storefront and log in — tap the gear icon on your banner, enter your email, and use the one-time code sent to you
Tap the pencil next to your name
Type the name you want, up to 60 characters
Tap Save
Your storefront updates straight away.
Your bio works the same way
Tap the pencil next to your bio, write up to 700 characters, and tap Save.
Tip: Your display name is what shoppers see at the top of your page, so it's worth matching the name your audience already knows you by on social — usually your handle or the name you post under.
Don't see a pencil on your phone?
On mobile, whether the pencil appears depends on a setting your brand controls, so it isn't available on every storefront yet. If you can't see it:
Edit from a computer instead — once you save, the change shows everywhere
Or ask your brand to enable mobile editing on their storefront settings
If you can't see the pencil on a computer either, contact your brand — they can check your account.
