FAQ

Q: When do I get paid? A: Payments are made monthly for all approved commissions. Check your earnings section for the specific date of your next payout.

Q: Why are my recent sales still "awaiting approval"? A: All sales go through a verification period to ensure accuracy and prevent fraud. This is standard across affiliate marketing programs.

Q: Can I track clicks on my links? A: Yes, your Hub shows attributed sales data. While individual click data isn't displayed, you can see which promotional efforts result in actual purchases.

Q: What if I work with multiple brands? A: Use the program selector to switch between different brand partnerships. Each Hub view is customized for that specific relationship.

Q: How do I advance to higher commission tiers? A: Check the Commission Information section for your current tier requirements. Typically, advancement is based on sales volume or content performance over time.

Q: What should I do if my content gets rejected? A: Review the brand's content guidelines, make necessary adjustments, and resubmit. The Recent Posts section often includes feedback on why content was rejected.

Q: Can I download my performance data? A: While direct export isn't available in the Hub, you can use the date filters and screenshots for record-keeping. Contact brand support for detailed reports if needed.
