Your brand has a few ways to reach you — your Hub inbox, email, and announcements on your Dashboard.
Here's where each one shows up, and how to make sure you don't miss anything.
Your inbox
The Messages tab in your Creator Hub is your inbox. Brands use it for the things you'll actually
want to catch: program announcements, affiliate code reminders, campaign kickoffs, and new
opportunities.
Unread messages are marked with a dot, so you can see what's new at a glance
Open any message to read it in full
Work with more than one brand? Use the All Partnerships filter to narrow your inbox to one
brand at a time
Scroll to the bottom and tap Load more to go further back
Tip: Read something but want to deal with it later? You can mark a message unread again, so it
stays flagged until you're ready.
Starting a new conversation
You can message your brand directly from your inbox. Tap the compose button, pick the program you
want to message about, write your message, and send it. Your brand sees it in their Inbox and can reply
in the same thread.
The program picker only shows programs where messaging is available for your store — if you don't see a
program listed, that brand hasn't enabled creator-initiated messages yet.
Replying
If your brand has replies turned on, you'll see a Write a reply… box at the bottom of any message.
Type your response and tap Send reply — your whole conversation stays together in one thread.
Not every brand has this enabled. If you don't see a reply box, that inbox is read-only and your brand
will tell you the best way to reach them.
Emails
Some things always come by email:
Your login code — every time you sign in, your one-time code arrives by email
Payouts — when a payout is sent, you'll usually get an email from the payment provider (such as
Tremendous) with a link to claim it and choose how you want to be paid
Brands can also *choose* to send a message as an email, through their own email platform, or straight
to your Hub inbox — it's up to them.
Tip: That last part is the one worth remembering. A message sent only to your Hub inbox
won't email you. If you're waiting to hear about a campaign or a code, open your Messages
tab rather than watching your email.
Announcements on your Dashboard
Your brand can also post announcements that appear right on your Dashboard when you log in. These
are usually time-sensitive — a launch, a deadline, a limited opportunity — so they're worth a look
before you head to another tab.
Don't miss anything
Check your Messages tab when you log in, not just your email
Add your brand's sending address to your contacts so their emails don't land in spam
If you work with several brands, clear your inbox one partnership at a time using the filter
