Changed your handle on Instagram or TikTok? Your Hub needs to know, or your new posts won't be matched to you.
Updating your TikTok username
You can do this yourself:
Log in at creators.loudcrowd.com
On your Dashboard, find your TikTok handle in your profile
Tap the pencil beside it, enter your new username, and save
If it won't save
"Not valid or not found" — the username doesn't match a TikTok account. Check the spelling, and enter it without the @.
You already have posts under the old handle — your existing posts are tied to the old username, so the change can't be made automatically. Contact your brand and they'll sort it out.
Instagram is different
Instagram handles can't be edited from your Hub — your Instagram account shows on your profile but has no pencil beside it.
To get an Instagram handle changed, submit a ticket: open the chat on this page and choose Send us a Message. Include:
The brand partnership it relates to
The email on your account
Your old Instagram handle and your new one
Tip: Do this as soon as you change your handle, not after you've posted. Posts made while your Hub has the old username may not be matched to you, and sorting that out afterwards is slower than updating it first.
After you update it
New posts should start being picked up normally. Anything you posted while the old handle was on file may need your brand's help to credit.
