Why Haven't I Received My Reward?

Rewards are issued as soon as your progress completes — plus what to check when a reward is missing, unclaimed, or the wrong amount.

You posted, you hit the goal, and nothing has landed. Work through these in order — the first one explains most cases.

Rewards follow your progress, not your post

A reward isn't issued the moment you post. A post first has to be picked up and matched to you (and approved, if your brand reviews content), and a sale first has to be credited to you. Once that happens and the goal is met, the reward is issued shortly after, and there's a catch-up pass on the 1st of each month for anything missed. Monthly gifts from your tier arrive on the 1st.

When a reward is issued you'll get an email from Loudcrowd Creators, and it appears in your Hub.

Tip: Your task card shows live progress ("3 of 5 posts"), so you can confirm the post counted even before the reward itself appears. Progress moving is the signal that everything is working.

Check the post was counted at all

If your progress hasn't moved, the issue is upstream — the post wasn't matched to you, so it can't count toward a reward.

Why a post you made isn't showing in your Hub covers the usual causes: the wrong account linked, a missing hashtag, or tagging in the caption when your brand needs it in the photo.

Check whether it's waiting to be claimed

Some rewards sit on your Earnings tab with a Claim button until you take them. Nothing is sent automatically in that case — open the task card and claim it, and your code is saved to your Reward Wallet.

Campaign rewards are the exception: they're on your Campaigns tab, not the Earnings tab. Campaign rewards are issued after the campaign ends, once everyone's results are checked. Open the campaign, and an earned reward shows Earned with a Claim button. The email you got when you earned it has a Redeem Reward button that takes you straight there.

Gift cards

Gift cards work as a balance rather than a code, so there's nothing to arrive in your inbox — the value is added to your gift card balance for that brand.

Some programs also cap how much you can redeem in a single month. If a redemption doesn't go through and your balance looks healthy, you may have reached that month's limit.

My reward is the wrong amount

Check the task card first — See Details shows exactly what that reward is worth and what it required. Rewards vary by tier, so a different amount from another creator's usually means a different tier rather than a mistake.

Still not right?

If your progress shows the task complete, a day has gone by, and nothing is waiting to be claimed, submit a ticket — open the chat on this page and choose Send us a Message. Include your brand partnership, the email on your account, and which task or reward you're asking about.
