Each healthcare organisation will have different requirements of documents they need from their various employee types. They may also need to perform multiple professional registration checks on them, and so, Credentially has an instrument to set up compliance requirements properly.

1. Open the 'Organisation settings' tab on your dashboard.

2. Click 'Compliance requirements.'

3. You will see a list of packages required by your organisation. Select a package to review and/or amend the compliance requirements that are mandatory for this specific package.

Note: if you leave documents unticked, they will be displayed in the list of non-mandatory documents for the employee

4. If you don't find the certificate you need in our list, click ‘document type’ then ‘add document type’ as shown in the screenshot below.

You will see the form with a few fields to fill in. You'd need to give a new document a name.

The description might be useful for employees to know your specific requirements (for example, resolution of the photo you need).

The category will place the new file type to one of the two columns on the tab (Personal on the left, Certificates on the right).

If the document expires, it would be useful for our bot if you set up an expiry period for the file.

Expiration reminder is the message employees get when they need to renew the document.

5. Tick the boxes against documents and checks that you want to add to the compliance requirements list. When you are done, click 'Save'.
