The full list of automatic messages we send and what they mean

By default, every staff member signed up to Credentially will receive notifications. These notifications will prompt an action or reminder about a compliance requirement that is expiring soon. You will notice the email notification will be branded with the organisation you are working with.

Credentially tip: If you reply to an automatic notification, your message goes to the Credentially support team who can help you with any techinically issues.. To contact your administrator if you have any questions about your onboarding process, click "Contact Administrator" to send them a direct message.

Here's the full list of notifications we send:

  1. Invite letter. You might have already got this one. It means someone asked you to join their organisation on Credentially.

2. Log in to Credentially. Once you enter your login in your Organisation's link (<OrganisationName>.credentially.io) on Credentially, you will get this email notification To continue logging in, press the 'Log in to Credentially'.

3. Incomplete onboarding. A reminder to finish your onboarding. This notification is sent to applicants at 1, 3, 7, and 14 days.

4. Expiring document. This message means you have a certificate or document you should update soon. We'll show you the expiry date and advise on how you can get it updated. If you click the button in the notification it will direct you to the document tab in your profile. This notification is sent to applicants at 6 months, 3 months, 2 months (for indemnity and appraisal), 1 month, 7 days.

5. Non-compliance digest. You will receive this type of notification when you have a non-compliant status. This message includes tags marked with pinkish dots where you can see the reasons for it. Please be aware we have updated the notification for existing employees and applicants regarding expired, declined or missing mandatory files. This reminder will be sent every two weeks.

6. Declined document. If one of your documents is declined by your administrator, you will receive this notification. Click the 'Upload new document' for further actions.

7. Approval stage passed. It is an intermediate approval; there are more onboarding steps to pass. Please click "Continue Onboarding" to proceed.

8. Document action required. Credentially allows the HR team at your employer to contact you. They may ask you to add files for you to read or to sign. 

9. New reference provided. Once your referee has completed the reference for you.

10. Questionnaire assigned. This notification will direct you to complete a questionnaire assigned by your administrator.

11. You are ready to finish onboarding. This email means you have done everything that was required to complete your application process.

12. Declined application. You will get this notification when your adminstrator declines your application. If you have any questions you have the option to contact your administrator directly.

13. Invitation to share a profile with another organisation. Users will get a notification to share their profile when registered more than one organisation on Credentially. If accept you agree to share basic profile information, name, DOB and professional pin number.
