To sign up to a certain organisation, a staff member or an applicant can use the signup link (that can be found on an organisation's website or job advertising), or be invited by an admin via email. You can find out more about how to sign up as a user in the following article. However, sometimes users have problems with the sign-up.
How can an administrator solve this problem? Invite the missing user to your organisation! Follow these steps:
Log in to Credentially.
Click the 'Staff' tab.
Click the 'Add Staff Members' button.
4. Complete the 'Add Staff Members' form. You can add more than one staff member at a time by clicking the ‘+ Staff Member’ button.
5. Click 'Add Staff Members'. This will send an invitation to a user to sign up with Credentially.
Below you can see the email users receive when administrators send them a link to their profile. By clicking the 'Get started' button, users will be redirected to the onboarding page.
Note:
You can re-invite anyone you have sent emails to. To do this, open their profile and click the 'Send Invite' button.
