How to add a user who hasn't yet signed up to Credentially to your staff members list

If one of your employees doesn't have a Credentially account, you can invite them from your dashboard.

This is useful when you already have staff that you would like to add to Credentially manually, rather than getting them to sign up by themselves.

To invite a staff member, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Credentially.

  2. Open the 'Staff' tab.

  3. Click the 'Add Staff Members' button.

4. Complete the employee information form. You must enter their email and select their role (i.e. doctor, nurse, administrator), the other fields may be left blank.

NOTE: If you don't want an employee to go through the onboarding (e.g. for an administrator or an employee who has already been onboarded) tick 'Skip Onboarding' identified by the red arrow below.  

5. You can add more than one staff member at a time by clicking the ‘ + Staff Member' button.

NOTE: If you a large volume of staff members to add, click ‘Import/export’ and you can add multiple employees via a .csv (spreadsheet) file

6. Click 'Add employee'. This will send an invitation to your new employee, asking them to sign up with Credentially.

NOTE: You can re-invite anyone you have sent emails to. To do this, open their profile and click the 'Send invite' button.
