There are a couple of ways a user can sign up to Credentially. One of them is a direct link from the healthcare organisation. You can post it on your site, job advertising or send it to a user directly.
If you need to share your organisation's link on Credentially:
1. Go to the 'Organisation Settings';
2. Find the link under the Organisation Legal Name.

Share login link with existing users
Do NOT share the sign up link with employees who already have accounts. These users will try to create a new profile and fail because they already have an account associated with their email.
Instead, open their profiles and check their status on the top of the page. If these users have the status "Not Invited", then send them the invite email.
If their status is 'Invited', you can send them the invite once again.
How to add sign up button to your website
You can add the following button to your website, so that employees with a pre-existing Credentially know they can sign in easily.
To post the button on your website or job ad, take this HTML code and add it to your website.
