Credentially searches via any term that is on an employee profile. So, if you add information about your doctor's skills to their profiles, you will be able to search by that data. 

We would recommend putting your doctor speciality in the 'Medical Category' section on their profile as well as their 'Specialty'.


​When you need to find an employee with a particular Specialty, go to the 'STAFF' dashboard, click the filter called 'Specialty' and choose the option you need.

You can also sort users by:

  • name

  • role type (Clinical and Non-clinical)

  • compliance (Compliant and non-compliant)

  • tags (GMC OK, No references, Not on DBS Update Check, and etc.)

  • onboarding (Completed, In Progress, Not applicable)

  • signed off (Signed off or not)

  • active (Active, Invited, Not invited)

  • onboarding stage
