Edit staff member or user personal details

An administrator can view or change personal information of a staff member. (Permissions for all administrators can be managed by in the normal way via the role management tab in organisational settings).

View and updates can easily be made by following these steps:

  1. Open the 'STAFF' tab.

  2. Search and select the staff member you need. 

3. Click their name on the staff table to open the profile.

4. Click the 'Profile details' tab.

5. Click on either 'Personal information' or 'Contact Details' dropdown and select field to enter or update.

5. Click 'Save' to confirm changes.

If you would like to add custom fields to the 'Profile Details' page, contact your Customer Success Manager and they can support you with your requirements!

A user can also edit their personal details in 'My profile' tab, top right!
