Our system automatically scans a document to establish what document type it is and when it expires. Sometimes, if a document contains multiple keywords, it can confuse our bot. As it sees more documents, it gets more accurate over time.
Every time a new document is uploaded you should click 'Review'.
The purpose of the review stage is to make sure:
The document's label is right.
You are happy with the quality of the evidence.
If the document isn't labelled correctly, you can re-label it at the approval stage. Simply click on clear date and enter the correct date.
Ultimately we want it to be right 100% of the time. But for now, it is designed to be a time saver and is not totally foolproof.
