Some healthcare organisations have video training they show to new employees. If this is something you would like to add to your Credentially, you can add your video content to onboarding by following the steps below.

Video training can be a part of your onboarding process on Credentially. To add one, follow these steps:

  1. Open 'Organisation Settings' tab.

  2. Open 'Onboarding' subtab.

  3. Click 'Edit'.

  4. Onboarding constructor will open. Then find the '+' sign on the right side. This will add a new step. Select 'Video training' point.

5. You will see your new step settings. Put in the name of your video training and insert YouTube link. We would recommend you to open your YouTube video in a separate tab and copy the full video URL in the following formats  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ryeygge9456 or https://youtu.be/Ryeygge9456. If the link is correct, the video will appear on the screen.

6. You can configure a video training step as well as the others. Click the gear well on the bottom right to see the list of settings.

You are able to choose whether this step should be mandatory or skippable.
Who exactly will be able to see the video?
To set this up tick next to the roles you want to show training to.

7. As soon as you are done, click 'Save draft' and then 'Publish'.

Now you have the video training step in your onboarding!
