Need to ask your colleague's opinion or request their help with a particular employee or a document? Mention them right on the employee's profile or the problematic document, and Credentially will send them automatic notification with the direct link to your comment or question.

Tag in Notes

  1. Open an employee profile.

  2. Usually Notes section opens automatically, but if not, click at the conversation icon in the top right corner of your screen.

3. Start writing your comment or question in the 'Notes' section. To mention your colleague, type @ symbol. You will see the list of all people having administrator accounts at Credentially at your organisation. Select the one you'd like to mention. You can even mention yourself, if you want. When you are finished, Add Note.

4. The person you mentioned will receive the email notification with the direct link to your note.

Tag in comments for a document

  1. Open an employee profile.

  2. Go to 'Documents' section.

  3. Select the document where you'd like to leave your comment. Click on the document. This will take you to the next screen.

4. Go to the 'Comments' section of the review form and write your comment. To mention your colleague, type @ symbol and select their name from the offered list of administrators. When you have finished, click 'Add Note'.

5. The person you mentioned will receive the email notification with the direct link to your note.
