Ready to make Credentially notifications a little bit more personal and informative for your future or current employees? Here's how.

NOTE: Only Administrators can configure customised notifications.

Go to Organisation Settings > Notifications configuration and click the Edit button to make necessary customisation in your organisation's notifications. Don't forget to save your changes πŸ™‚.

You can send the following customised notifications to your employees:

  1. Approved Staff Member Notification. Use this notification to congratulate a Staff Member when they have passed the approval step of your onboarding workflow.
Remember, this doesn't mean they've fully completed onboarding, so encourage them to continue the next steps in your organisation's onboarding process.

  2. Final Onboarding Step Completed. This email is to inform and congratulate a new user on fully completing your organisation's Credentially onboarding. It's a great opportunity to welcome them to your team.

  3. Denied Staff Member Notification. Sometimes your organisation won't be able to continue with a user's application. This notification will inform them of that. Whilst you may wish to contact the user directly, this notification can be used to thank applicants for their time in applying and wish them well for the future.

  4. Invitation Notification. When your organisation invites a user to Credentially, they will receive a notification email. You can customise this email to invite them to apply, explain your application process briefly, or give them any contact information you might want them to have before they start applying.

  5. Invitation to share a profile with your Organisation Notification. Many medical workers have already created their Credentially profiles. If they are already a Credentially user, you can simply ask them to share their existing personal profile, saving them time in signing up.

  6. Organisation Document Action Notification. Do you need a new user to sign a new organisation's document or download and read it? This email can be used to inform them about the document you need them to read and explain why it's important.

  7. Personal Document Action Notification. This email message is for notifying a user that an organisation's administrator has uploaded a personal document. If you need them to do something else, such as upload a better scan of the document or provide supporting information, you can do that here.

NOTE: We always like to receive feedback, so if you feel like adding some positivity to the message, feel free to add a feedback emoji by right-clicking your mouse button, click 'Emoji' and choose your emoji πŸ˜‰!
