Whilst Credentially allows your users to upload their own documents, you may have the need to upload on their behalf.
To upload a new version of а document directly to a users profile, follow these steps:
1. Open the 'Documents' tab in the staff member profile.
2. Click on document type
5. Select 'upload new'
3. Select the file you want to upload
4. Check the details of the document and approve it
Credentially tip: Credentially's OCR engine will read and extract issue and expiry dates for documents you upload to save you time, but you still should review and check details before you click 'approve'.
