An administrator can assign a new onboarding to a staff member:
when an organisation changes its onboarding procedure after some employees have already completed their onboarding;
when an employee's role has been changed to another one with a different onboarding.
How can an administrator assign a new onboarding to an employee?
Please follow the instructions mentioned below:
On the staff dashboard, please open the profile of a staff member you want to assign a new onboarding to;
In the staff member's profile, please open the 'Onboarding' tab;
Note:
A new onboarding can be assigned only if the staff member has already completed the previous onboarding.
If the staff member didn't complete the previous onboarding, click 'Complete onboarding' first, and then the 'Assign onboarding' button will become available.
If the staff member completed the previous onboarding, just click 'Assign onboarding'.
Note: The completed questionnaires will be transferred to the new onboarding, and users won't have to answer the same questions again.
