Sometimes, you need a staff member to complete a questionnaire outside of onboarding (or after they completed one). Credentially has a function to assign a questionnaire to an employee. If a user has already completed onboarding but needs to complete another questionnaire, an administrator can assign it to an individual staff member or some of them.

How can an administrator assign an individual questionnaire to an employee?

Please follow the instructions mentioned below:

  1. On the staff dashboard, please open 'Organisation Settings';

2. Go to the 'Questionnaires' tab;

3. Open the dropdown menu next to a questionnaire's name;

4. Select 'Assign';

5. You will see the 'Select Staff Members' window. Select the users to whom you want to assign the questionnaire;

6. Tick the checkbox next to the employee’s name;

7. To send a notification, switch on the toggle and it will turn blue. Switch it off to disable the notification, and it will turn grey;

8. Press the ‘Assign’ button.

The user will receive the corresponding notification asking them to complete the new questionnaire if the toggle is activated. Otherwise, if you wish to fill in a questionnaire on behalf of an employee, deactivate the 'Notify selected staff members (1) via email' toggle.

Credentially Tip: We will send reminders to your staff members if they have not completed their assigned questionnaires in the following intervals:

  • 1 day from the date the questionnaire was assigned;

  • 3 days from the date the questionnaire was assigned;

  • 5 days from the date the questionnaire was assigned;

  • 7 days from the date the questionnaire was assigned.
