1) You now can assign staff member to specific administrators

Are there a lot of administrators in your organisation?

Are they tasked with looking after specific candidates?

You can assign staff members to their dedicated administrators within a few clicks. Here’s how it works:

All ‘default administrators’ have this functionality ON automatically and the functionality is also available for other administrators if you assign permission.

Select staff members to see which administrator(s) are assigned to them, you will see three types of checkboxes in the ‘Assigned to’ column:

  1. Empty. No administrator is assigned.

  2. Ticked. The staff members are assigned to the administrator.

  3. A dash. Not all of the selected staff members are assigned to the administrator.

Top tip: Go to the ‘Assigned to’ column, filter all ‘Unassigned’ staff (most likely it will be new applicants) and assign them to an administrator.

2) Would you like to configure notifications about assigned staff members to you?

3) New clear Support Email address for organisations

Update your support email address here in organisational settings. This will be the default email address your unassigned staff members will see in their notifications.

Top tip: Check the email address you have in the ‘Support email’ field to make sure your applicants are in direct contact with someone who can support them.

4) Email notifications are clearer giving a better UX experience

Now when a staff member receives an email notification from the assigned administrator or the administrator that triggers a task they will see a large button, so if they need to get in contact with you it’s one click away.

Don’t worry if they don’t have an assigned administrator, the default will be your support email contact.

5) The Staff Table now remembers your pre-configured filters

Even if you log out, the system will remember your filters saving you time when you are working in Credentially.

Top tip: The system remembers the ‘Staff Table’ and ‘Needs Approval’ filters independently. You can save the pages as bookmarks using ‘Ctrl+D’ or ‘Command+D’ combination on your keyboard.

It has a clean and crisper look. You will see updated top and left side navigation bars.
