Nursys e-Notify is a free service for all institutions registered in the U.S. Once an institution has registered with e-Notify, they will need to enroll at least 1 nursing license (nurse) to ensure their account remains active. From the account, the institution will be able to set up API username and API password to access the e-Notify API.

Please note that an individual API-username and API-password must be requested individually by an eligible US-registered healthcare institution. Credentially will not be able to provide you an API-username or API-password.

To register with Nursys e-Notify please perform the following steps:

1. Proceed to the Nursys e-Notify website: https://www.nursys.com/EN/ENDefault.aspx

2. Click on the “Create an institution account button”.

3. Read and agree with Nursys e-Notify Terms & Conditions.

4. Provide necessary Institution and Administrator Account. Add users who might need to work with Nursys e-Notify

5. After the account is created, you can see you API username and password expiry date using this URL https://www.nursys.com/EN/Institution/Edit/ENInstitutionEdit.aspx

6. Please note that Nursys e-Veryfy API password is not the same as your web portal password. For the first time API password need to be requested by calling Nursys e-Notify support. Please call Nursys at 312.525.3780 to request the API password. You will need your institution name from this page.

7. To get Nursys e-Notify integration to work in Credentially you need to pass your API username and API password to your Customer Success Manager

8. Congratulations. You had successfully set up your Nursys integration.
