Updated over a week ago

Crendentially has now automated regular checking of staff members against the Nursys database.

Reduce time spent on performing nurse license checks by enrolling the staff member’s license and receive automated updates on all of the changes on the license.

Firstly, add the integration as a mandatory compliance requirement in the compliance package. Go to “Organization’s settings” -> “Compliance Requirements” -> choose the package and add the “Nursys e-Notify” integration in the Checks section of compliance requirements.

Add Nursys License

Once added, the licenses will be automatically checked in the supported integration WEEKLY.

TOP TIP: You can manually verify the license every 24 hours.

Default administrators can add and review the Nursys e-Notify checks. If you need other administrative roles to be able to add licenses and review them, you will need to grant them the “Professional Registration” permissions in “Organization’s Settings” -> “Roles Management”.

Approve Nursys license

Based on the conducted check result you can approve the “Nursys e-Notify” part of the compliance package in one click.

Notification for changed Nursys license status

If the status of the Nursys License changes due to some updates in the practising history of a staff member, you will instantly get the notification and the checkbox in the staff member’s dashboard will be unchecked and the package compliance recalculated.

You will need to review the changed status and approve it in the staff members' dashboard by ticking the “Nursys e-Notify” checkbox.

In addition to the separate Nursys Notification which is sent momentarily, every morning you will receive a Non-Compliant digest with the list of all staff members who have become non-compliant during the previous day either due to the changed Nursys License or expired compliance documents.

TOP TIP: To set notifying preferences regarding the “Non-Compliance Digest”, go to “My profile” -> “Notifications Settings” (in the bottom left-hand corner) -> Compliance.
