Following the roll out of our powerful Flexible Compliance feature, we’re pleased to announce some further enhancements and a few tweaks based on your kind feedback.
The following updates apply to all our USA and Canadian-based customers. Here’s what we’ve got coming up:
1. Flexible Compliance Requirements Updates
1.1 View Package History at Organizational Level
You can now see a full audit trail of who, when and what changes are made to a package. This will become particularly useful as you play around with Flexible Compliance and explore which settings work best for your roles.
Check the Compliance Requirements package history in the “Organization Settings” tab:
1.2 View Package History at Staff Member level
The same can now be done at Staff Member level, too - simply open a user profile from the Staff table and go to their Dashboard tab.
Please note: You will only be able to see the history from this release onward. If you need to check any records prior to this date, contact our Support Team at support@credentially.io.
1.3 Delete a Package
You can now delete a package in just a couple of clicks. Note if you delete a package which is assigned to a staff member, it will automatically unassign the package and recalculate their compliance status.
2. Case Management Updates: See number of assigned staff members
We’ve made it even easier for team managers to quickly see which cases are assigned to team members. As an admin, you’ll now see the number of cases for each member of staff when you click “Assign to”:
3. New Credentially Notification Center
Health care providers love the notification center. We’ve just made it even better:
It is quite often the case that a healthcare specialist may have their profile registered on more than one customer organizations. We have reviewed the logic that drives the invitation process and in 2 clicks they can decide whether they want to accept the invitation to another organization.
4. Enhancements to Overall User Experience
It’s not just about new styles for controls, fonts, and colors across the whole onboarding workflow, but also about some new UX enhancements. Take a look:
4.1 Configuration: Search by role field added
4.2 Welcome step design update

For Staff Members:
