Our self serve onboarding dashboard gives you the flexibility to check your overall organisation onboarding or staff member level statistics at any time.

If you don't already have a reporting license, please contact support@credentially.io or contact your Customer Success Manager directly for a quote.

Once connected to your user profile, you will find access to the following dashboards:

1) Onboarding Statistics

An overview of staff members who are yet to start, in progress or have successfully completed onboarding.

Here you will also find the flexibility to filter by role, status and many other conditions (find them on the right side). Just by right clicking on the "User Count" number in any of the three categories, you can drill down into staff member data to see timestamps such as an invitation date, onboarding started date or onboarding completed date.

Please have a look at our quick walk-through below:

Credentially tip: All reports are exportable, click on the 3 dots top right of the table!

2) Onboarding Step Statistics

Check all your staff members who are currently onboarding. The dashboard will tell you which of your onboarding steps have the most staff members in. By doing you will easily see which staff members are in which step of your onboarding process and approval steps your onboarding team need to action.

Credentially tip: You may want to drill down into the data displayed in the "Onboarding User Count by Role" table to get the list of your candidates at different stages of their onboarding while checking the date when they have started it. It will help you understand your drop out rate.

3) Onboarding Time Statistics

Overall time to onboard a staff member is key; the faster staff members can move through the process the better.

This third dashboard will show you the median time to onboard all of your staff members. This can be further broken down by role. See the below walkthrough to help you check these metrics.

Additionally, you will be able to see which of your onboarding steps take the most time to complete. This may indicate you need to tweak your onboarding process to improve your staff member experience.

Credentially Tip: Switch between "average" and "median" time statistics to get the metrics that suit your organisation!
