Credentially has an integration with UNA competency testing to provide UNA test results and scores directly into your Credentially organisation.
How to connect UNA for the first time?
To enable UNA for your organisation, please contact your Customer Success Manager or support@credentially.io to switch on the UNA integration.
All we need is your Organisation ID and API token (available from UNA).
How to add UNA tests to your staff member's profile
Administrators will be able to add UNA products via the "Professional Tests" tab in the staff members profile. The first time you run an UNA product via Credentially, you will be prompted to add the test to the staff member's profile
Credentially tip: If a new UNA account is required for that staff member, it can be created instantly within Credentially.
You can choose which assignments you wish to add to this staff member's profile. This is all taken from your UNA account.
Credentially tip: You can select standard bundles and add additional individual tests, checklists or mandatories if required.
Your staff member will receive a notification telling them to complete assigned tests if you have the "notify by email" option selected.
How to monitor UNA results through Credentially
You can track their activity through Credentially. Simply go to the "professional tests" tab on their profile.
What are test statuses?
Not started - staff member has not clicked on the link in notification email
Pending - staff member has clicked on the link but has not started
In Progress - staff member is in progress
Completed - staff member has completed
Results
The test score and result is available in the staff members profile.
