With the onboarding sub steps, you can group onboarding steps under a common group while keep managing configurations per role. This feature gives you flexibilty to tailor your message by role in each onboarding step as well providing an simple overview of the onboarding process by role and/or your organisation.

Let's have a look at the example of the Onboarding Sub Steps implementation:
In the example above:
Three different welcome steps, “Doctors”, “HCA”, and “Others” (visible only for Administrators) are sub steps. They have been grouped together under “Group 1: Welcome to Fantastic Health” (visible only for Administrators).
Candidates can not see this internal configuration of sub steps (in red frames). They can only see the configured for them step with its name (in a green frame). In this example, the first onboarding step for Doctors will be “Welcome to Fantastic Health”.
Credentially tip: To update the internal name of a sub step, click “Edit Step Configuration”/ “Step Name”
