The detailed report tab can be accessed via the Reports dashboard.

This feature will make short work of managing your organisational compliance and a staff member status. The report gives you the ability to view the status (expiring soon, expired, awaiting approval, valid etc) of each staff member's compliance requirements (documents, professional memberships, DBS update service, right to work etc) in one exportable table.

You can use any number of filters to further understand your organisational compliance based on values such as job role, signed off status, assigned to administrator, or the date they were invited or signed off in Credentially.

Contact your Customer Success Manager or support@credentially.io to discuss your reporting requirements and a quote for a reporting license.

To access the Detailed Report

Select 'Reports' tab on the top menu.

This will open our BI tool and reveal multiple tabs, select 'Detailed Report'

You now have the option to select your choice of 'Columns' and 'Filters'. In order to see and use the filters, user should first click on the table visual, after that visual level filters are displayed.

Credentially tip: By default, a filter for "active users" and "mandatory requirements" is applied. If you wish to see detailed for invited or archive users, or non-mandatory compliance requirements, please toggle off this filter.

Use the filter to update your table based on your requirements, such as searching for a candidate by their full name:

You can filter by checks (DBS Update Service, Right to work, Professional registration), document types, references or "other compliance requirements" if these are configured in your organisation. You can add as many filters as are required depending on your requirements.

This information can be exported, by clicking the 3 dots on the top right of the table.

See below for an example report, you would like to see all signed off staff members, who are non-compliant with the record name "Adult Safeguarding Level 3" in the status expired.
