Please allow up to 8 weeks from your first CreditLadder rent payment due date (provided the payment has been made) for your rent payment to appear on your credit report.
If it has been more than 8 weeks and your rent payments still aren't showing on your statutory credit report, please follow the guidance below.
Why your rent payments may not be showing
Your rent payment history is linked ("pinned") to your credit file by the credit reference agency (CRA). Before this can happen, the CRA must be able to match the personal details on your CreditLadder account with those on your credit file.
The CRA also needs at least two matching credit data items to confidently link your rent payment history to your credit file. Your rent data can be one of these items, but if there is no second matching credit account or record, your rent payments may not be linked.
Common reasons for delays
You've recently moved home.
Your name or date of birth doesn't exactly match the information on your credit file.
The credit reference agency is unable to confidently match your personal details.
Your credit file is new or contains very little credit history.
What should I do?
If your rent payments still aren't appearing:
Check that the personal details on your CreditLadder account are accurate and up to date.
Ensure the address on your CreditLadder account matches your tenancy address.

If you're a CreditLadder Premium customer reporting to all three main UK CRAs we recommend contacting Experian first. Once the matching issue has been resolved with one agency, it is often resolved with the others as well.
