If your tenancy agreement changes and your rent is now due on a different date you can update this in your CreditLadder account.
To change your rent due date, please log in to your account https://creditladder.co.uk/login, go to Your Tenancy > Manage > Update Tenancy Details and follow the instructions.
Alternatively, while logged in, you can go directly to the page using the following link: https://creditladder.co.uk/dashboard/rent-change
Follow the steps and submit your information. It will then be shared with your current landlord/agent for review. Once approved, your account will be updated, and both you and your landlord/agent will receive an email confirmation.
If the landlord/agent does not agree to your proposed changes, you will be notified by email with instructions on what to do next.
