To use the CreditLadder service, you will first be asked to provide your personal details, including your full name, email address and mobile phone number.
You will then provide the tenancy details for the property for which you wish to report your rent payments. Please note that CreditLadder can only report rent payments for your current tenancy and cannot report payments from past tenancies.
As the final step, you will be asked to securely connect the bank account from which you make your rent payments. You will log in using the same credentials you would use to access your bank account directly through your bank’s website or app. CreditLadder does not store or have access to your online banking credentials.
