Landlord/Agent Details
If your landlord or agent’s details such as their name or email address have changed you can update this in your account.
Log in to your CreditLadder account: https://creditladder.co.uk/login, go to My Plan > Your Tenancy > Manage, click on Change Landlord or Letting Agent Details and then follow the instructions.
Alternatively, while logged in, you can go directly to the page using this link: https://creditladder.co.uk/dashboard/landlord-change, then follow the instructions.
Once the new information has been submitted, it will be shared with your landlord/agent for review. Once approved, we'll update your CreditLadder account.
Payment Details
As CreditLadder reads the rent from your bank account, you do not need to update us if your landlord/agent’s bank details change. The reporting of your rent will continue as normal.
If the payment reference has changed, you will need to update this under Your Tenancy > Manage > Update Tenancy Details or by following this link while logged into your account: https://creditladder.co.uk/dashboard/rent-change.
