I am moving out of the property, what do I do? 🏡

You’ll need to update your tenancy details in your CreditLadder tenant account. This applies if you’re moving to a new rental property, are moving into a property you’ve purchased, or for other reasons e.g. going travelling.

Log in to your account https://creditladder.co.uk/login, go to Your Tenancy > Move Home and follow the instructions.

Alternatively, while logged in, you can go directly to the page using the following link: https://creditladder.co.uk/dashboard/move-house

Follow the steps and submit your information. It will then be shared with your current landlord/agent for review. Once approved, your account will be updated, and both you and your landlord/agent will receive an email confirmation.

If you’re moving to a new rental property, you can add your new property details to continue rent reporting during the Move Home steps.
