To change your tenancy details, please log in to your account https://creditladder.co.uk/login, go to Your Tenancy > Manage > Update Tenancy Details and follow the instructions.
Alternatively, while logged in, you can go directly to the page using the following link: https://creditladder.co.uk/dashboard/rent-change
The changes will go to your landlord/agent for review. Once approved, they will be updated in your CreditLadder account.
If the landlord/agent does not agree to your proposed changes, you will be notified by email with instructions on what to do next.
