How do I make changes to the tenancy information?

Login to your CreditLadder tenant account at www.creditladder.co.uk. Click on “Your Tenancy”, then “Manage”. Then go to "Tenancy details" and click on "Update tenancy details". Make the edits required and click “Submit”. 

For security reasons, the edits will go to your landlord/agent for review. Once approved they will be updated in your account.
