To change your rental amount, please log in to your account https://creditladder.co.uk/login, go to Your Tenancy > Manage > Update Tenancy Details and follow the instructions.
Alternatively, while logged in, you can go directly to the page using the following link: https://creditladder.co.uk/dashboard/rent-change
Once your rent change has been submitted, it will be shared with your landlord/agent for review. Once approved, your CreditLadder account will be updated and you will receive an email confirmation.
If the landlord/agent does not agree to your proposed changes, you will be notified by email with instructions on what to do next.
