How do I update my landlord/agents bank details?

You only need to update these with your bank as CreditLadder is not involved in the payment of your rent.

If the payment reference has changed, you can update this in your account. To do so, please log in here: https://creditladder.co.uk/login, go to Your Tenancy > Manage > Update Tenancy Details and follow the instructions.
