Pause all action in your account

You can pause your entire account. This is useful for when you are setting up a new account, changing your workflows, or away on Christmas break.

How to start or pause automatic reminders

  1. Click your organisation name (top left), then

  2. Click Settings to view your automatic reminders setting

  3. Click Account Activity : On, so it changes to Paused

How can I tell if automatic reminders are paused?

When automatic reminders are paused, the Automatic Reminders button will turn yellow and show the words Automatic Activity: Paused

You will also see a confirmation message at the bottom of the left menu.
You can click the message to go directly to Settings, when you are ready to resume activity.
