How to set your reminders to send automatically

We recommend setting reminders to be sent automatically.

Here's how to configure your reminders to send automatically. 

Select the workflow you want to use.

Then select the reminder you want to send automatically.

Slide toggle next to send this reminder automatically.

Then save.


How to tell if reminders are set to automatic

Email reminders show with a paper dart next to them

Sms reminders show with bold dots, rather than full stops "..."
