Are Pre-paid Credits right for you?

Only need a few calls done when you're busy? Or to cover when Karen from finance is away? You can purchase pre-paid credits.

Pre-paid credits are ideal for clients that only need the occasional round of calling, they are purchased in bundles and will not expire when your monthly subscription rolls over.

You can purchase pre-paid credits under Settings > Billing.

When are Credits charged

We charge Credits based on the success of the calls.

A credit is charged when sufficient progress with your customer is made.
Examples of successful calls include speaking with the debtor, finding a better contact number, or organising payments.

Unsuccessful calls
To cover our time, we also charge one credit on the third unsuccessful call, when we would usually leave a message for a call back.
