If you are using CreditorWatch Collect correctly, most of your workflow will run automatically. However you may find that you want to pause a particular contact for a period of time.
To pause reminders for a debtor:
In the main menu, click Accounts,
Then search for the customer's name
Check the box next the the customer, Click Pause,
To un-pause reminders for a debtor:
In the main menu, click Accounts,
Search the customer's name, or find under the Paused tab
Check the box next to their name
Click Resume
NB: A debtor can not change workflows, or be moved to call or collect while it is paused.
